Corporate Visions - Through a series of interviews with upper management, middle management, and first line employees will develop a common vision that represents the Corporation and its principal focus.
Corporate Culture - Through a series of interviews of both middle and upper management and review of current and past operating activities and tours of facilities a determination of the corporate culture of a company be identified. This will assist in an analysis of changes or modifications needed to be made to the operational and fuctional side of the Corporation.
Team Building - Through the previous two steps a plan can be derived in the enhancement of team building capabilities within all levels of the Corporate hierarchy.
Establishment of Implementation Plans - Identification of potential project paths to follow leading to greater efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
